Our team continues to grow

From July, we are pleased to welcome Jacqueline Dieckmann to Dovident dental practice. Jacqueline joins our team as a sterilisation and clinical support assistant. She will also support the reception desk, inventory management and the day-to-day organisation of the practice. She will be working from Wednesday to Friday and brings many years of experience in this role.

Not every important task in a dental practice takes place in the treatment room. A sterilisation and clinical support assistant ensures that instruments are thoroughly cleaned, inspected, sterilised and prepared after every treatment. Treatment rooms are also prepared, and the daily workflow behind the scenes is supported. Although much of this work is carried out away from patients, it is an essential part of providing safe and high-quality dental care.

In addition to her sterilisation duties, Jacqueline also supports the reception desk, inventory management and a variety of operational tasks throughout the practice. This helps the practice run smoothly and allows our clinical team to focus fully on patient care.

With Jacqueline joining the team, we continue to invest in a well-organised practice. By distributing responsibilities efficiently, we can continue to provide personal dental care with a strong focus on quality, safety and service.
