Practice rules

To ensure care runs as efficiently and pleasantly as possible, we apply a number of clear practice rules. This way you know what to expect as a patient, and we can distribute our time and attention effectively among everyone who comes to us for treatment.

Appointments and cancellations

Appointments can be made by phone, online or by email. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 2 working days in advance. In case of late cancellation or failure to attend without notice, we are obliged to charge a fee. This is not covered by your health insurer. In case of repeated no-shows, we may decide not to schedule new appointments.

Treatment of minors

For children under the age of 16, consent from a parent or legal guardian is required. It is preferable that one of the parents attends the appointment, especially for check-ups or treatments. Patients aged 16 and over may make their own decisions regarding treatment, but we involve parents in explanations and planning where appropriate. We follow the applicable legal guidelines.

Privacy, consent and records

We handle your personal data and medical information with care. Only practitioners involved in your treatment have access to your records. If you wish to transfer your records to another practice, this can be arranged upon request. For treatments above a certain amount or of a more invasive nature, we always provide prior explanation and ask for explicit consent.

Practice rules

To maintain a calm and safe environment, we ask you to follow these rules:

  • Please arrive approximately 5 minutes before your appointment
  • Set your mobile phone to silent during treatment
  • Treat our staff and other patients with respect
  • Smoking is not permitted in the practice
  • Do not leave valuables unattended
  • Do not eat or drink in the treatment rooms
  • Always follow the instructions of the team
