If you have a question, want to register as a new patient or want to change an existing appointment, you can reach us in several ways. You can contact us by email, WhatsApp or telephone, or manage certain matters yourself through the patient portal.

New patient? Register easily through our online form. You will then receive a confirmation of your registration and appointment by email. If you need help or have any questions, feel free to contact us.

If you want to change or cancel an appointment, you can do so through the online patient portal. This allows you to manage your appointments whenever it suits you.

For general questions or to send information or documents, you can email balie@dovident.nl. We respond as quickly as possible, usually within one working day. Email is not intended for urgent dental problems.

You can reach us by phone at 070-208 3031 if you have questions or want to make an appointment. We are available during our opening hours.

Emergencies

For urgent dental problems outside our opening hours, you can contact Dental Emergency Practice The Hague via phone number 0900-8602. Keep your citizen service number (BSN) and identification ready when you call, as these are required for emergency dental care.

  • What if I want to reschedule my appointment?
    Contact us at least 2 working days in advance so we can offer the time to another patient.
  • Can I contact you outside opening hours?
    Yes. You can always email us. We will respond once we are open again.
  • How quickly do you answer emails?
    Usually within one working day. For urgent matters, please call us.
  • Can I walk in with a question?
    No. We work by appointment only. Please contact us first.
