For new patients
Thank you for choosing to register with our practice. We look forward to welcoming you. On this page you can read how to register, what to expect at your first appointment and which documents you may wish to prepare. This helps ensure a smooth start.
Registration and sign-up
You can easily register via our online registration form. After we receive your registration we will contact you to arrange an appointment, or you can book an appointment directly while registering. We prefer digital registration so that your details can be processed securely and completely. We will of course take your availability and any preference for a clinician into account.
First appointment: what to expect?
At your first visit we will take the time to assess your teeth, gums and overall oral health. We often take X-rays to form a complete picture. We will discuss your concerns and wishes and agree a suitable care plan. If you have specific preferences or dental anxiety, please let us know in advance.
What to bring?
For a smooth intake, please bring valid identification and your health insurance card. If you are transferring from another practice, it is helpful to request recent X-rays or your treatment history. These can be sent to us via a secure connection. Under healthcare regulations we cannot treat you without identification.
Dental care for all ages
Dovident is here for the whole family. We treat adults and children, paying extra attention to guidance, clear explanation and a calm atmosphere. We also provide tailored care for patients with dental anxiety or medical conditions. Prevention and trust are always at the core of our approach.
