Patient portal

Through the patient portal you can easily view, reschedule or cancel your appointments yourself. You can log in using your email address and personal patient number. You only have a patient number if you are already a patient at Dovident dental practice. If you do not know your patient number, you can request it first via the link in the form below. If you are not yet a patient, please use the online registration form to sign up and make an appointment straight away.
